Working with the advisory panel of our international  consultants based in USA, UK, France and Japan, we lead study missions by identifying the needs of the retailers, liaising with the relevant points of visit and facilitating learning activities.

The customer centric initiative projects work on the basis that when service level and productivity improve, retailers will see their sales go up. The service level and productivity of the company as a whole is examined, analyzed, diagnosed and then the strategies deployed.

In the process, mystery shopping and customer satisfaction surveys are conducted for continuous improvements and motivation to staff.
